Ashtanga Yoga classes every morning for the musicians and staff of the festival
Trying to give some joy, light and strength in return for the unforgettable moments they spread with their music.
The class:
An Ashtanga Yoga class to wake up the body. We concentrate on how breathing generates movement and then on how continuous movement calms the mind while creating a strong elastic body. Find your inner dance to be able to recognize the journey, which is always hidden in the now and not in any kind of aim or purpose.
