Masterclasses/lessons 2021 – Announcement
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the 5th festival edition will be held without featuring international masterclasses. However, while staying true to our mission to enhance Kalamata’s music education initiatives, our Festival will provide free music lessons to talented students of the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata between the 24th and 26th, and additionally between the 30th and 31st July 2021. Alexia Mouza (piano), Felix Froschhammer (violin), Ilias Sdoukos (viola) and Indira Rahmatulla (violoncello) will teach in rooms of the conservatory.
Interested musicians who are not studying at the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata but wish to participate can register their interest via email (info@kalamatamusicdays.com). The participation fee is 120 € for three lessons (please note: the fee does not include accommodation).
The lessons are open to the public. Passive participation is free of charge.
