Violin, viola and chamber music masterclass with Jonian-Ilias Kadesha and Pablo Hernán Benedí.

The violin, viola and chamber music masterclass with Pablo Hernán Benedí and Jonian-Ilias Kadesha will be held from August 29 until September 5, 2025, in rooms of the Municipal Conservatory and the Philharmonic Amphitheatre of Kalamata. Participants will have the opportunity to attend classes with both tutors.

This masterclass gives young violinists, violists and ensembles the opportunity to develop their musical and technical skills whilst also assisting them in reaching their personal goals, such as preparation for competitions and auditions. Through a small group, the festival is cultivating an inspiring and friendly environment for the best possible development of each musician. Each active participant and ensemble will have the chance to present a work at the final concert of the violin, viola and chamber music masterclass, which will be held in Kalamata.  

All the workshops and masterclasses of the festival are open to the public.

Lesson languages: English, Greek, German and Spanish

The cost of active participation in the violin and/or viola masterclass is 400 € per person. Participation in the chamber music masterclass costs 500 € per ensemble. 

Active participation in the masterclass is only possible after applying through the website and admission by the tutors.
